Each prize includes a one night stay at the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel and 2 round-trip tickets on the Grand Canyon Railway.

Rules and Restrictions: The Grand Canyon Getaway is non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable and cannot be redeemed for cash value or exchanged for other services or dates. The prizes are valid only on the dates provided by the Grand Canyon Railway, and if not redeemed by the expiration date, it is forfeited in its entirety. The overnight stay must be used Friday through Monday and is based on hotel availability. The winner must be 18 years or older and must sign an affidavit of eligibility and release. Transportation is the sole responsibility of the winners. The winners are selected at random, and if they cannot be contacted within five days of being selected, other winners will be selected.

LPI Multimedia, Phoenix Woman magazine and the Grand Canyon Railway is indemnified and held harmless from and against any and all liabilities, negligence, obligations, suits, actions, proceedings, claims or demands asserted from any judgment, damages, losses or injuries incurred by the Grand Canyon Getaway contest. Contestants assume any and all injury and/or risk including any additional costs, expenses and fees that may result, including without limitation, reasonable attorney fees incurred by LPI Multimedia and the Grand Canyon Railway for litigation and/or in enforcing any provisions of this agreement and rules of this contest. Submitting an entry automatically assumes agreement to these provisions and rules. Void where prohibited.
